Melissa W. Robinson has a wide range of experience in representing corporate and insurance clients in complex contract and insurance coverage matters involving both first and third party claims. She also has extensive experience in representing corporate clients in product liability, trucking and premises liability litigation including, among others, the Gehl Company, Crane Company, Roadmaster Corporation, Ryder Truck Rentals, Inc., and Miller Equipment Corporation, Flying J and Swift Transportation. Ms. Robinson has handled cases in state courts across Virginia, in the United States District Court for both the Eastern and Western District of Virginia, as well as the state and federal appellate courts in this Commonwealth. On behalf of select clients, she has also served as defense counsel and in litigation pending in North Carolina and West Virginia.
