Kimberly M. Boyer is an associate with the firm, and she primarily defends insurance companies and their insureds in personal injury lawsuits. She also represents defendants in criminal and traffic matters, as well as plaintiffs and defendants in other matters. Ms. Boyer is a graduate of the University of Virginia and the University of Mississippi School of Law. She was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2002. She is a former Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Roanoke and for Franklin County, Virginia, and she has extensive trial experience. Ms. Boyer is currently a member of the Roanoke Bar Association and the Young Lawyers Committee of the RBA.
